International & Canadian Orders: Orders outside of the U.S. can not be placed on our website as shipping costs vary greatly depending upon location and items ordered.  Please call or email with your intended order and we would be happy to quote you shipping costs and options. 

Shipping Policies

Purchases are usually shipped within one business day. All additional shipping and handling costs and any sales tax or VAT required to be collected by us will be charged to the buyer unless otherwise expressly indicated at the time of sale or we are provided with a valid tax exemption certificate applicable to your purchase.

All listed shipping times are estimates of the expected number of business days it will take for in-stock merchandise to be shipped and delivered. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.

An initial confirmation email may be sent to you after placing an order. However, any confirmation you receive from us does not mean your order has been received, accepted, or shipped as this is an automated email confirmation. Once your order request has been successfully received and your item has been shipped, you will receive another email confirmation.

Any oversized items may require a special delivery charge in addition to shipping fees. Special delivery charges vary depending on the size and weight of the item. These charges will not be included in the shipping and handling subtotal on the checkout page. We will contact you with this information.

Returns

Unless otherwise noted during your purchase, products may be returned in an unopened box or unopened packaging, provided that any returned products are undamaged and include all documentation, media, and other separate items or components that were included in the original shipment. You may return any product purchased on this website for any reason. Adhesives must be returned by UPS Ground only.

We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 20% of the purchase price of any returned product for orders in excess of $150.

Refunds

We will refund the purchase price of the returned product(s), including any applicable taxes, upon receipt of your return shipment. Shipping and handling charges are not refunded unless an error was made by us.

We make every effort to provide refunds as soon as possible. However, refund times vary and will not be made until we have conducted a product inspection after receiving any return.

Refunds are subject to normal product return shipping times and the refund processing time from your bank or credit card company. All refunds will be made in the form of payment used to make your purchase.

A refund will not be provided if a returned item shows signs of wear and/or use. We are not responsible for any returned products that are lost or damaged during shipping.

Cancellations and Changes
